What materials are your bedding products made of?
Our bedding sets adopt a variety of high-quality materials, including premium microfiber, washed cotton, bubble cotton and pure cotton. All fabrics are selected to be soft, skin-friendly, breathable and suitable for all seasons. Different product series use different materials, and you can check the material description on each corresponding product page for detailed information. All materials pass basic safety tests and are comfortable for daily use.
How to choose the right size for bedding sets?
We provide multiple standard sizes to match different bed types. Each product page lists clear size data for comforters, duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases. Please measure your bed and existing bedding before placing an order to select the matching size. Our size standards follow international common specifications to adapt to most household beds in different regions.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
All regular orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, standard international shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days to arrive at most regions. Delivery time may be extended during peak sales periods, holidays or due to customs clearance. You can track your package with the tracking number sent to your email after shipment.
Can I return or exchange the products I purchased?
General products can be returned within the specified period on the premise that they remain unused and with original packaging. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy for complete rules and procedures before submitting a return request. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. We will handle quality problems and wrong delivery issues according to relevant regulations.
Are there any import duties or taxes for international orders?
International shipments may be charged import duties and taxes by local customs authorities of the destination country. These fees are determined by local official rules and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect or control these fees, and we suggest you learn about local customs regulations in advance before placing orders.
How to clean and maintain the bedding products?
Most of our comforter sets and duvet covers are washable. We recommend using cold or mild warm water and gentle detergent for cleaning. Avoid strong bleach and high-temperature drying to prevent color fading and fabric damage. For jacquard and printed styles, please follow the maintenance tips on product pages to prolong the service life of the bedding.
What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking information stops updating for a long time or the package is confirmed lost, please contact our support team with your order number. We will work with the logistics carrier to launch an investigation. We will provide reasonable solutions according to the final investigation result. We are not responsible for packages stolen after being marked as delivered by the logistics provider.
